Steele Citrone has a personal passion for games and the studying of them: whether that be through writing, researching, or design, games often drive his creative desires and further his understanding of people and the world around him. As a designer, he appreciates mediums that come in with a level of play which makes serious topics easier to discuss and satirize.

Steele will be receiving his BA in Media Arts and Design with a cluster focus in games from the University of Chicago along with a joint MA in Digital Studies of Culture, Language, and History. He will be seeking his MFA in Game Design at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Class of 2026.
