Sight Reading is single-player platformer where you play as a bass clef who is just trying to get to the coda at the end of each song to go to the next. The goal of the game is to make it all the way through without falling, and maybe playing a nice tune along the way. As the bass clef you can land on notes and double jump as well. Sharps you find within the level will give you another double jump if you have used yours and flats will take away your double jump leaving you to fall to your doom. Use these features to try and build momentum to the next measure during long periods of rest.
